- Commodity Manager for Metals Commodity: Flanges and Tubes, for North America, Europe and Asia, with a total spend of $15M- Set the strategy for supply chain alignment in all world areas, sourcing events and contract negotiations.- Develop strong-collaborative relationships with suppliers- Work with S&OP group to keep updated and accurate forecasts for high runner parts- Monitor and sustain Supply Chain KPI’s: On Time Delivery by Request Date and Promise Date,Annual savings, Lead Time reduction, supermarket implementation

- Transfer products from sister factories, BOM validation and system updates.- Initiate and implement corporate negotiations, lead time reduction and MOQ.- Expedite material and resolve pricing issues.- Regional sourcing and implementation of buffer inventory.- Identify multiple sources and preferred suppliers.- Detection of End of Life items and coordinate the search for alternate components.- Cost reduction projects.- Business review with suppliers: assessment of delivery performance, quality, lead time

- Project management, lead the planning and execution of projects to meet the MPS and delivery requirements of key customers and stakeholders- Liaison between customers, sales, operations, engineering and quality, to provide realistic promise dates and status related to Customer orders and incoming Projects. Work with other world areas (Latin America, North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East)- Level load of production based on the capacity and restrictions of the process on a make to order environment. Focused on scheduling projects and special orders (ETO’s). Key process to improve and maintain the service level over the 90%.- Quoting process of new orders & projects considering material availability, production capacity and special requirements. Focused on meeting customer request date.- Expedite orders by allocating material and capacity to fulfill Customer needs.- Revision of Engineering to Order Projects (ETOs) to ensure the on time delivery to end Customer, and the appropriate order Management.- Constant communication with order administrators to provide order status.
