• Oversee and manage the program operations and administration. • Coordinate program activities and timelines, and determine and organize resources to meet program objectives. • Oversee program activities, support program planning and evaluation activities, organize the annual meetings with the Convergence Council (CC) and the Advisory Board (AB), schedule meetings of CSVCC leaders with the Scholars.• Identify program participants and leads cross-functional teams in the administration, maintenance, and expansion of the program.• Interface with internal and external key stakeholders including other departments, leaders across the organization, representatives from external agencies/organizations in the management of the program to provide guidance, resolve issues, grow the program, and implement processes and solutions. • Identify and define any logistics, action items, changes, or information needed to effectively manage the program.• Identify growth opportunities and further efficiencies that impact the program's success and aid in development of strategic plans to achieve objectives.

• Propose, develop, coordinate, and organize resources to meet education and training objectives and maintenance. Includes regularly scheduled conferences, events, courses, and special programs.• Prepare presentations and generate reports for education and training programs and activities.• Provide programmatic support to PIs of the Prostate Cancer (PCa) T32, including but not limited to developing and implementing activities of the grant, coordinating the recruitment and appointment of trainees, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, maintaining meeting minutes, completing the annual NIH progress reports, and overseeing the program's finances.• Manage the submission of additional T32 grants within the cancer center. Includes preparing data tables, tracking and reporting of students, trainees, mentors, and faculty throughout the education and training pipeline programs, and research for administrative grant writing. • Assure all data is maintained and current in all databases.• Track and maintain data on programmatic outcomes, such as trainees during and after completion of the training and education programs.• Identify growth opportunities and further efficiencies that impact the success of education and training programs as well as establish strategic plans to achieve objectives.• Develop and implement procedures for data acquisition, management and quality control by analyzing data from multiple sources to evaluate trends and formulates recommendations.

• Interface with faculty, staff and students regarding all payroll/personnel matters and serve as a liaison between the department and various USC offices (KSOM HR, KSOM Faculty Affairs, HSC Payroll, Faculty Staff Visa Services, Office of International Services, ITS)• Assist with recruiting of faculty, staff, trainees and students including meeting with faculty regarding job specifications/expectations, requesting/posting jobs on Workday and external career sites, contacting candidates for interviews, scheduling and attending meetings with review committees• Supervises payroll and personnel processing ensuring that payroll and personnel transactions are completed in a timely fashion and in accordance with regulations, policies and procedures• Coordinate the hiring process (includes candidate screening, onboarding, administering required hire paperwork, and conducting new hire orientation meeting)• Controls and oversees the maintenance of confidential employee records and files• Create, customize and maintain new hire request database using REDCap• Review biweekly timesheets and submit any late payment requests to University Payroll Services• Assist with yearly personnel budgeting in USC's budgeting system, Beacon• Prepare and submit applications for new visas and visa renewals (J-1, H-1B, LPR)• Prepare and submit trainee paperwork by semester/appointment periodNIIN Program Manager• Serve as a program manager and assist the Education Director with tasks related directly to the Master of Science in Neuroimaging and Informatics (NIIN) program• Produce reports to show statistics of numbers and trends (personnel reports, budget review, NIIN applications)• Plan and execute various recruitment events for department (i.e., scientific talks, NIIN Open House and Orientation, group visits, etc.)
