While working for an accounting firm, I served as the administrative assistant, in addition to processing account payables preparing tax returns. While working at Wells Fargo and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, I researched, resolved and responded to complex or sensitive issues involving regulatory/compliance concerns. While at Wells Fargo, I responded to concerns sent to the senior corporate executives and coordinated the flow of communications (phone, mail and email correspondence) to clients and management.
