Customer Service & Support: Process all customer inquires / receive all incoming calls; follow up calls, quote, customer disputes, credit Issues (assist Acct when necessary), internal sales support. Process sales orders for dealers. Verify orders have accurate price, parts, and quantity. Determine & maintain all sales orders status, shipping dates, availability, and back orders.
