I take exceptional pride in being one of three initial staff in 1987 to startup the 1st Children's Mental Health Agency in Oxford County, Oxford Child & Youth Centre (OCYC). Therefore, I have developed extensive experience since the inception of OCYC: Finance, Payroll & Benefits, Facility Management, and Human Resources(from recruiting, hiring, orientation to terminations, develop job descriptions). Inclusive are some tasks such as annual and monthly budgets, TPAR's(submissions to Board and Ministry, general cheques, etc. Kept current with all new ACTs and Legislations.Implementation and management of the initial Networking system. Facility Management of the building and property maintenance(including satellite offices), and hiring of all relevant contractors plus any rental renewals.
