• Page creation:Creating & setting up social media pages according to platform guidelines • Content Strategy: Setting up social media objectives in-line with ATL goals, assess & audit current social media plan, benchmarking & building competitors analysis, create content strategy and editorial calendars• Social Media Marketing:Managing and growing the company’s presence through content and ads across Facebook, Instagram, and other strategically relevant online properties• Customer & Client Relations:Answering questions and managing online feedback, keep contact with client and ensure clear communications • Coordination:Coordinate between different departments including graphic design, PR and marketing entities, create visual directions and brief graphic design department• Analytics:Send analytics reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve those metrics through testing and new initiatives
