•Utilize a planned sales strategy to gain maximum occupancy/revenue targets and to increase the awareness and reputation of our retirement community•Outreach and networking in the local community•Conduct tours of the community with prospective residents and influencers•Home visits and other appropriate follow-up with prospects•Organized tracking of prospects•Being an aggressive closer•Work in a team environment with the Managers and staff

• Establish and maintain a program of activities to promote resident socialization and participation through intellectual, spiritual, physical fitness and recreational programs• Develop positive relationships with and among residents• Plan and implement events, entertainment and enrichment programs for residents/prospects and the community.• Accommodate specific activity needs of resident groups and individual residents• Pursue opportunities to expand and improve resident programs by developing relationships with the community• Work closely with Resident Managers and Marketing Director to insure resident/prospect satisfaction with the Sherrill Hills Lifestyle• Promote the Lifestyle to the community to increase occupancy• Coordinate and supervise student interns from the University of Tennessee• Recruit volunteers• Develop monthly calendars and newsletters• Drive community van for resident activities

• Develop and implement social, physical, intellectual and recreational activities to promote residents involvement with each other, their families and the community • Work with marketing and nursing directors as well as other management staff to develop residents’ care plans• Identify and contract with caterers, entertainers, decorators and others (professional and volunteer) to implement activities• Facilitate socialization among residents• Chaperone off-site activities• Assist marketing personnel with combined events• Coordinate and supervise interns from The University of Tennessee• Control expenses by managing program costs within approved budget• Maintain accounting of resident funds• Develop monthly calendars, newsletters, and other communication material for residents and families• Drive community van for resident activities• Assist with marketing activities by providing tours and information for potential residents and their families
