My duties were to receive, scan copy and file all correspondence pertaining to Family Court Child Support Division. The files were located in three rooms, two buildings. I worked very hard to keep all files up to date in case they were needed for a court hearing. I went daily to the post office to retrieve the mail using company cars.

My duties were to coordinate bus routes, field trips, after school programs and sporting events. I worked with drivers, principals, answered phone calls from students and parents. It required data entry and being able to cover routes when drivers were out sick. I filled in on some of the special need routes if an aid was out.
