Local program director for Downtown Parsons Inc.for 2 years. I work with a board of directors and volunteers on downtown revitalization efforts. I build and maintain relationships with local government and economic development groups. Serve as a liaison between board & committee members and business owners and local government to accomplish the following: Increased membership, increased revenue for the organization, planned and produced promotions, coordinated with other economic and community development organizations to improve the community, manage day to day operations of the program.

Trained new employees as well as existing employees. Set up all training including: CPR & First Aid, Clock Hour Training, 60+ staff training's to stay within licensure requirements, and developed and trained new staff members. In 2010 received a certificate for Outstanding Training Implementation & Leadership. Maintained grant requirements for sixteen sites including: recording, implementation, creating documentation, assisted in recording information, compilation of all documents for State compliance. Developed Mentor training for OJP requirements for all volunteers & staff. Also served as a Site Director for 3 years.
