Responsibilities included management of the Network Services portfolios, transition to new vendor and Clarity software conversion.-Insured funds were tracked and reported by each portfolio/project by monitoring all resource cost and other project costs. -Supported Network Service team before the transition to new vendor by creating ad hoc reporting to detail current projects identifying projects for transition-Facilitated daily vendor calls ensuring in-flight, priority and new projects were getting addressed appropriately, if not escalated to directors as appropriate. -Validated the monthly vendor invoice was in alignment with the contract.-Created project reporting used to aid portfolio clean up allowing smooth software conversion.-Designated and trained as a Clarity coach to help organization through conversion to new software.Education
