Over the course of Pangaea's growth, I have focused on strategic goals for improving the employee experience. My top initiatives include developing innovative new hire processes, expanding health & wellness packages, and launching employer branding.

Oversaw all executive assistant functions for the Co-Founders, including email management, global calendaring, travel coordination, and expenses. As the company scaled from 30 to 100+ employees, I was able to provide extensive support across office manager, recruiting, and HR roles. Additional responsibilities included employee onboarding, benefits, and events as we moved to a fully remote workforce.

Supported a leadership team of 6 between 5 different departments: Marketing, Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Project Management. While working with the Twine leadership team, my administrative tasks included high-volume scheduling, event planning, arranging travel, and designing presentations. I spent time learning the personal and professional characteristics of the team to develop the best practices for cross-department communication. Additionally, my focus centered on training and overseeing recruiting coordination and office management.

Directed administrative functions for 6 directors and was promoted into an EA role supporting the VP of Investor Relations and SVP of Sales. During my time at Pivotal, my role was critical in keeping meetings, emails, travel arrangements, and office items organized at all times. My roles included managing schedules, preparing and recording meetings, outreach to clients, and providing office reports. I provided guidance and advice from an internal perspective.
