As a Sr. Recruiter on the Early Careers team, I partner with key stakeholders across multiple operating companies to design and deliver MBA recruitment strategy required to engage, attract and retain top MBA talent, into the ABK MBA summer internship and Rotational programs.• Lead Recruiter for the US MBA internship and Rotational program at ABK, leading early talent engagement: posting job reqs, sourcing, interviewing, extending offers to closing candidates, in a high-volume complex university recruitment environment • Designed and facilitated all MBA early engagement activities: info sessions, coffee chats, interview prepsessions with our partner schools to build a pipeline of early talent, highlighting how “great games start with great people.”• Engaged with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, implementing a strategic recruitment plan the MBA and Rotational program, from a global early careers talent lens.• Partnered with our People Experience and Global Mobility teams to successfully onboard the MBA intern class, ensuring new employees have a seamless transition into the company. Developing an onboarding roadmap for the MBA intern class to set them up for summer success.• Executed a top-notch MBA summer internship program, leading activities such as: onboarding, orientation, all summer event programming, leadership development trainings, mentorship, offboarding and the full-time conversion process.• Post-MBA internship, owned the full-time conversation process into direct hire roles or to pipeline into a 2-year Rotational Program.

• Manage a caseload of nearly 200 Kuwait international students studying ESL Language programs and/or Bachelors studies at various colleges/universities, across 12 states in our LA Jurisdiction. Evaluating and tracking student documents (transcripts, verification of enrollments, I-20s, I-94 (arrival and departures), passport, government sponsored Financial Support Letters, online course audits, transfer credit evaluations, and study plans).• Responding and advising to various sponsoring agencies in Kuwait. Ensuring that students are fulfilling the requirements of their government scholarship alongside the guidelines of their college/universities.• Reviewing, tracking and authorizing accounting issues (student salaries, tuition payments, reimbursements, over-payments, deductions, and repayment from students) to align with the Rules & Regulations of the sponsored scholarship program.• Selected as 1 of 3 advisors to serve as coach/mentor to train new advisor thru a rigorous 3 month training process.

• General advising with international students; qualified and guided those students through the international admissions process (according to university immigration regulations); reviewed and recommended candidates for admission (and scholarship, if applicable).• Processed and submitted international transcripts for evaluation (using ECE, WES, or an on-campus evaluator), financial verification documents (preparing documents for the I-20 and SEVIS), and monitored international files until the time of enrollment, making recommendations on visa status changes and OPT/CPT (given program preference and personal circumstances).

• Recruited locally, nationally, and internationally talented and diverse students into our growing Full-time MBA program. Traveled to Brazil, Chile, Columbia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, Puerto Rico and Venezuela, increasing the number of Latin American applicants in my recruiting territory. • Responsible for the continuous communication and general advising with prospective domestic/international students; qualified and guided those students through the international admissions process (according to university immigration regulations); reviewed and recommended candidates for admission (and scholarship, if applicable).• Processed all international student records, submitted international transcripts for evaluation (using ECE, WES, or an on-campus evaluator), financial verification documents (preparing documents for the I-20 and SEVIS), and monitored international files until the time of enrollment, making recommendations on visa status changes and OPT/CPT (given program preference and personal circumstances).• Developed, planned and coordinated domestic/international travel schedules, open houses, admitted student day, information sessions, and student life activities for Full-time MBA program.• Served as a liaison for the Full-time MBA program and the Opus College of Business Graduate Programs through collaborative events, campus wide and in conjunction with, the Office of International Student Services. • Experience using the following systems: Banner, Blackboard, Cognos, Collage, Lyris, Microsoft, Optix, Reportnet, SharePoint and Sales Force.
