Joined Caton at the beginning of 2019 as a Licensed Real Estate Broker working with Brian Blackmore, bringing not only sales and innovation experience to the table, but years of experience as a telecommunications Systems Engineer. Assists with property sales, site selection for retail clients, land development, and tenant/landlord representation. Being the holder of 63 U.S. patents, thinking of new and creative approaches to business development and client support are skills I bring to the industry.

Functioned as a key partner in the Next Generation Mobile Access team, providing 24/7 critical technical support focused on new release introductions for over 65K+ LTE cell sites in the North America Region for major customers Verizon and AT&T.

Member of elite team dedicated to the generation of new ideas, features, and products which would ultimately be converted to additional areas of revenue generation to the firm. Selection for the team based upon demonstrated success in unique idea generation, in-depth knowledge of the patent submission process, and the successful award of numerous personal and team patents. Additionally provided unique value to the team as an idea mentor and coach to overseas engineers, seeking to expand upon and optimize the creative application of ideas for the greatest team success.

Functioned as a member of the Wireless Systems Engineering Team responsible for the Operations, Administration, Maintenance and Performance (OAM&P) Systems in support of the firm’s mobile communications networks. Engaged directly with customers and Network Element representatives in providing active presentations, technical support, responding to RFPs, and driving professional teams to improve operations within their software upgrade and backup/restoration capabilities. Personally responsible for the development of system requirements and oversight of successful end-user implementation.
