Responsible for implementing clinical and regulatory aspects of 11 clinical research protocols in the Orthopedics Department at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center for the Majority Extremity Trauma Research Consortium. Coordinated subject visits, data entry and quality audits, quarterly reports, and regulatory submissions.

Responsible for implementing clinical aspects of 8 clinical research protocols in the Orthopedics Department at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center for the Major Extremity Trauma Research Consortium. Coordinated recruitment and retention of subjects, data entry and audits, subject visits, and specimen collection and processing.

Responsible for implementing 96 clinical research protocols. Coordinated all aspects of protocols: regulatory submissions, recruitment, retention, data entry, subject visits, and specimen collection and processing. Reviewed protocols and trained center staff to ensure compliance with regulations and sponsor guidelines. Liaison between principal investigators (PI), physicians, clinical staff, sponsors, and regulatory agencies. Team lead of 12 staff for 12 protocols.

Gathered information for deans and directors to support preparations for the school’s accreditation review and residency schedules. Supported marketing team projects, including alumni tracking, event planning, and website updates. Created reports on library resources and faculty activities for accreditation review.

Worked directly with Community Health Division Manager to plan and find funding for programs promoting health in the city’s child population. Worked with CHD manager to reduce the children’s dental clinic budget deficit. Entered data into vital statistics database, and coded the information using ICD-9 CM classification system.

Responsible for supporting Department Chair, 30 faculty members, and 160 students of the Integrated Marketing Communications Department. Assisted Chair with calendar, travel arrangements, and course scheduling. Maintained department CMS, designed student feedback surveys, and planned department events for up to 100 attendees. Provided administrative support for faculty.

Primary student investigator on a community-based service learning project examining children’s knowledge, attitudes and behaviors towards food in an urban area elementary school and investigating how these factors affected the children’s food behaviors. Collected and analyzed quantitative and qualitative data.
