Work with dealers and Sales & Other Business partners to complete application processing for dealers in the Motor Bike, Caravan, Marine Truck & Motor Vehicle industry.• Ensure employment verification and credit references are completed to expedite application processing.• Manage customer enquiries to ensure prompt service.• Support operations teams to ensure service can be delivered to dealers.• Manage dealer accounts to maintain availability of credit facilities and minimise arrears and potential losses across the portfolio.• Ensure policy and procedures are regularly reviewed and updated across the dealer service team• Support management in deal and product related analysis• Work closely with management to inspect sales process quality and prioritise opportunities for improvement• Be accountable for the development and implementation of new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations• Work to co-ordinate resources to complete all daily and periodic tasks.• Identify compliance breaches or potential risks (both internal and external) and present to management for review• Train, equip, and enable the Dealer Service Team to meet or exceed business plan objectives and performance.• Coach and develop team members to drive high employee engagement and discretionary effort• Work with management to drive CANDO behaviours across the wider group

Credit Acceptance and Analysis- Credit acceptance: load and analyse credit applications based on multifaceted matrix- Collect credit supporting documentation: financial accounts, property confirmation, creditreports, AML required documents- Organise quoting, final pricing and brokerage allocation- Refer credit applications to a variety of funding lines - Generate contracts and approval advices - Disburse documentation to supplier/end user Credit Settlements - Manage settlements - Handle original documentation Account Management - Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers - Build and maintain strong, long‐lasting customer relationships - Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

Registration via PPSR. I also perform contract maintenance such as termination contracts that have been paid out & end of term returns. Sign off on team members settlements between $20k & $100k.
