Head Of Digital Quality
CurrentManaging the team responsible for the quality of OutSystems' digital experiences. Main responsibilities include:- Lead, motivate, and nurture the Quality team serving multiple worldwide locations- Being capable to act at different moments either as an hands-on quality expert, a collaborative coaching quality manager, or a demanding quality service client among partners depending on the situational need- Be the beacon of Quality practices and continuous improvement initiatives- Assist Digital Delivery Teams in assuring great Quality marks on everything they deliver- Collaborate in the definition of CI/CD practices- Represent OutSystems Digital unit in internal and external Quality Assurance forums- Assign and support career development of team members- Manage to develop team’s capabilities and expertise according to market trends evolution line and company’s ecosystem needs - Collaborate and liaison with multiple teams - R&D, InfoSec, TechOps, Digital Delivery, Experts, Cloud and Service Delivery - inside the organization in order to build superior service quality for - customers - internal and external- Manage, monitor, and develop strategic relationships with key suppliers and vendors on the continuous delivery, testing and quality space and assure the control and accomplishment of its service level agreements - Provide deep technical expertise in the operational areas of testing with focus on agility, speed, quality, usability, automation, cost control, client satisfaction and security.- Implement the right processes to ensure end-user satisfaction, delivery quality and for service-level requirements to be met- Continuously focus on incremental improvements of functionality, usability, performance, automation and security- Assure quality intelligence ecosystem based on performance metrics and measurements techniques to help to identify and mitigate risks and to assess how well quality-related initiatives are running
