Lead a team of two instructional designers in the design, development, and management of two fully online programs, overseeing a catalog of over 30 unique online courses, with 4-5 courses offered each term. Team Lead for the Course Support Group responsible for the preparation of all online courses each semester for the college, the maintenance of online course template and the resolution of course technology problems. I collaborated with faculty across all disciplines on course redesign projects utilizing instructional design principles, Quality Matters rubrics, and the Extended Learning Institute course template.

Utilizing adult learning theory and instructional design principles developed and delivered training sessions face-to-face and virtually on college technologies such as Blackboard Learn, Blackboard Collaborate, and Panopto. I collaborated with colleagues to develop a Lunch-and-Learn training series focusing on mobile technology and customized training materials such as Blackboard Primer for the Extended Learning Institute faculty.

As the college's LMS administrator, I created course and organization shells and enrolled faculty and students each semester. Provided Tier 1 and Tier 2 Blackboard Learn support to faculty and students face-to-face, email and telephone. I developed and delivered training sessions covering a variety of instructional technologies such as Blackboard, Blackboard Collaborate, Google Apps, and Web 2.0 Tools.
