Solution learning paths and reporting engines are actively in use by Microsoft partners.WR has led training initiatives to deepen SharePoint and Lync sales skills within its partner ecosystem driving sales and end customer adoption/usage. Through WrightNow Learning's virtual delivery platform, WR trained over 2500 sales and technical leads with the partner ecosystem. WR is now applying similar methodology to build and deliver O365 partner facing curriculum in FY15 as well as integrated on-the-job performance support tools to enable client conversations.WR built the Microsoft IT Academy Program from the ground up bringing it to a cost recovery mode 5 months post launch. WR managed the IT Academy Program for 3 years.
