As a Level III Bookseller, I maintained the Nonfiction zone of the store (including Cooking, Gardening, Health, Sciences, Travel, and Reference) and supervised other booksellers. Other duties included handselling, building displays, and visual merchandising. Here I was able to hone my mentoring skills, training my team of booksellers, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration with the company’s Gifts department.
