End Bible Poverty Now! Is an initiative within YWAM to join the Bible Translation efforts primarily through Oral Bible Translation and distribution. I am coordinating this effort within the COS base.

• Ensure operational excellence through identification, prioritization and implementation of initiatives that meet strategic and tactical goals of the Bible Translation team.• Oversee strategic initiatives which require high levels of functional integration; interface with areas and stakeholders affected by these initiatives to ensure adherence to project deliverables. • Develop and lead application of consistently applied best practices for remote team management and communication.• Direct the implementation of leadership training and development programs, in cooperation with P/OD to meet Bible Translation objectives. Research available programs within the organization and outside sources and assess programs for effectiveness. Coordinate and/or facilitate the programs as required.• Create communications related to strategic plans and initiatives on behalf of the SVP of Bible Translation.• Serve as an advisor to the SVP of Bible Translation to ensure that planning and objectives are tracked, measured and reported. • Support and represent the SVP to internal and external partners as directed.• Assist the SVP in the interview, selection, assigning and training of Bible Translation staff as directed.• Provide oversight to departmental budget and expense management functions including the development and submission of operational budgets, review of monthly expense reports, analysis of budget variances, preparation of financial forecasts, and/or research and implementation of cost savings measures. • Participate as a member of the Leadership Team to give strategic input to support the organization’s mission. Provide oversight and administrative leadership for the Bible Translation team. This includes: Video Audio Strategy, Oral Bible Storytelling, Women's Initiative. Provide admin Support for Translation consultants, Consultants in Training, Innovation and Research.

Lead Human Resources domain for a global workforce of 5,000+ staff consisting of paid staff, constituency-supported staff and volunteers. Develop, interpret and enforce global and local personnel policies and procedures. Assisted the corporate officers in managing a hybrid workforce of varying compensation systems. Significantly raised the professionalism and value for Human Resources in the organization.

 Coordinate strategic plans for SIL Asia Area and integrate partner organization plans using Results Based Management principles. Manage Leadership Development and Retention project and the Strategy Development project

• Lead strategy development and implementation for seven SIL field offices and assist in alignment between field entity strategies and International Administration strategies.• Operations Audit and Review Coordinator. A system of auditing operations of field offices was developed that would help leadership know how to align all staff with organizational strategies.• Scripture Impact implementation. The SI initiative moved SIL from being a product-focused organization to an impact-oriented organization.• Strategic Planning Facilitation.
