About Sandra Hogan

I have 20 years’ experience working in the Property and Development market, performing roles such as Business Service Administrator, PA to Directors and Executives and as Office Manager.My career started after studying an NCVA in Business Studies and Administration when I began working as a Business Services Administrator for the Irish Bank, First Active. My role mainly involved liaising with service providers to ensure work was being performed effectively, efficiently, on time and within budget. Whilst working there I studied at night and achieved a Diploma in Facilities and Property Management from the IPFMA.In 2005 I joined Park Developments Group. I worked here for 7 years. This opportunity allowed me to develop my organisational and multi-tasking skills. For Park Developments I worked as Customer Service Assistant to purchasers of the group’s residential properties and as PA to the Finance and the Sales & Marketing Directors. Park Developments also gave me the opportunity to work on the commercial side of the business which involved managing and reporting on tenant payments. In 2012 I joined HWBC as a PA. Again my multi-tasking skills were put into action as I was not only PA to a number of Directors but also worked as administrator for all the departments in the company. A support role to the whole company is a challenging but enjoyable one. In 2014 I undertook and achieved a Diploma in Office Management and Administration from Dublin Business School which led to my promotion in HWBC to Office Manager. This move has given me the opportunity to work on the Marketing and PR side of the business working on our LinkedIn and Twitter accounts and developing our company website. Along with marketing I manage the day-to-day running of the office, managing suppliers and service providers such as stationary, maintenance, cleaning company etc. Every day is full of variety. It is a role I am thoroughly enjoying.
