Recent projects have included:Global benchmarking research into training and development in the energy, transportation, maritime and logistics industries on behalf of Bersin & Associates and sponsored by A. P. Moller Maersk using social media and telemarketing.Research for Insight Consulting and Life Long Learning UK into the challenges involved in ensuring that all employed 14-19 year olds are supported by an adequately funded, future-proofed suite of qualifications.I have also worked on an employed basis in senior marketing positions at Haulfryn Group, Direct Enquiries and CfBT, and on contract for Devonshire House (see below.)In addition, I have an internal role as Marketing (as well as Finance and IT) Director for the whole of Strategic Dynamics (marketing and HR consultancy.)I also recently graduated in Squared Online, Google’s revolutionary digital marketing course.

Each year Bracknell Town Council selects a Mayor to undertake Civic duties for the Council. My year as Mayor began on 15th May 2018 and my chosen charity for the year was youth learning and participation programmes at South Hill Park Arts Centre, a variety of targeted and open-access projects made possible by charitable fundraising. I was delighted to raise £12,481.82 over the course of the year and thank all those who supported this cause.

My role involved the preparation of marketing plans and the execution of marketing activities to generate business leads for the Haulfryn holiday parks and also the residential parks and to raise the profile of the Haulfryn Group.

Reporting direct to the Managing Director, I developed and implemented a proactive communications and marketing strategy focusing on PR, traditional and digital marketing including social media. My main project was the promotion of The Nationwide Access Register, InclusiveBritain.com and InclusiveLondon.com, the Mayor of London's official access portal for the London 2012 Games and legacy.

I undertook marketing activities for Devonshire House which is a people-focused membership organisation for senior professionals in leadership roles. My objectives were to increase member loyalty and to extend the membership base. My support involved rebranding and repositioning the membership offer, refreshing the web site, building a database for direct mail shots, producing publicity material and internal marketing.

I developed and delivered an external communications strategy, which included the production of corporate literature and focused on the promotion of research campaigns sponsored by CfBT Education Trust. Key stakeholders were reached through launch events, feature articles, CfBT and partner websites, e- newsletters and Linkedin.
