Directs and leads interdivisional teams to plan for new waiver services and new initiatives until they are fully integrated into program operations (e.g., automated medication dispensers, managed care, electronic visit verification). Manages the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of demonstration projects and grants designed to test alternative models of home and community based services including Money Follows the Person, Cash & Counseling, Comprehensive Care in Residential Settings, Managed Community Care Program, Veterans Independence Program and Senior Companion Program.
