During my lectures and workshops for organizations I provide tools for energy management, vital leadership and personal development. I inspire with emotions, humor and science, and encourage participants to take action.📊 ResearchDuring my PhD research on 'personal energy at work' I developed a model that explains why some people flourish under certain working conditions and why others can get a burnout or bore-out under the identical working conditions. After working for 17 years at large corporates in Sales, Marketing and HR, I decided it was time to test my research results on myself. I changed course and I set up a company with energy management training for organizations.📕 The book: Wat wil je écht?To share the methodology of personal energy at work more widely, the book ‘Wat wil je écht?’ was published. The English version is being developed. The book is a tool to gain depth in the conversations with employees about their personal development. After all, you want employees to be empowered and to raise the issue when they are not feeling well. The book 'What do you really want?' gives readers insight into how you can experience more energy, both privately and at work.
