Supporting the Account Management team, responsible for:Pre-empt and solve client issuesLiaise with client businesses during their participation in the service to ensure smooth running of accountMonitoring MI and dashboards gathering business data from clients Chasing payment of invoices and liaising with clients to ensure successful onboarding onto the servicePromoting the service to clients ensuring that they are aware of the support available to their businessSupport the Field Growth Managers in all areas relating to the customer journey through the serviceAttend Central Zone meetings to provide Business Growth Managers with updates on client progress Provided input during ad hoc improvement projects alongside the Operations ManagerCollecting financial data from clients in order to report the impact of the Growth Accelerator Service
