First year counselor in the College of Engineering.

Academic Advisor for Undeclared students; I work with students regarding class selection to fulfill general education requirements, while exploring potential majors and minors. Additionally, I am the First Year advisor to 150 students yearly, orienting them to campus and their requirements while helping them to find value and meaning in their course choices. I coordinate plans for success for students on academic probation as well. I am an instructor for the First Year Experience, helping new students to adjust to campus life, share their experiences, and utilize university resources. Finally, I am also an instructor for Introduction to Adulting, preparing graduating seniors for life after undergrad.

- Reviewed academic records and cleared approximately 300 students for graduation yearly.-Created individualized plans for graduation with students during their senior year. - Developed partnerships with academic departments; facilitated communication and record-keeping.- Academic misconduct case manager; advised faculty on academic misconduct procedures and students on potential outcomes.- Advised Undeclared students. - Instructor for the First Year Experience.

Front desk position - first point of contact for all phone, walk in and e-mail inquiries in a busy student services office.

Along with review and editing of text-based press releases, I produced video news releases, available on the internet and for mobile devices.
