Provided surveillance and production engineering support for the Non-Operated fields, Nakika and Sable (offshore Canada). Asset's Focal Point for the Abandonment Business Plan. From 2012-2013 I was responsible for all Surveillance and Production Engineering support for all the NOV assets, including Caesar-Tonga and Hickory. Contributed to the Production Engineering support for asset divestment. Production Engineering and Surveillance tasks include but are not limited to review of field production/well test data and communication of inquiries to the operator, maintenance of the Integrated Production System model, standardization of WRFM “fit for purpose” activities for NOV fields, identification of opportunities to improve well performance, follow up completion, and Plug & Abandonment operations.Selected accomplishments:• Built RESOLVE models for the Herschel field production forecast to generate and analyze opportunities in the field. • Acted as the Decommissioning and Abandonment (D&A) Shell liaison with Exxon Mobil (Sable). Maximized value to Shell by establishing a strong relationship and collaborating to find the optimum way to apply best practices to the D&A project for the field. • Enhanced knowledge and networking opportunities among the Production Technologist community in the Americas by organizing the biweekly PT seminars in 2014-2015.

Selected accomplishments:• Provided technical support to the Non-Operated Ventures in the GoM fields (Inlfow/outflow performance, well operating envelope, etc.) that increased production and added value to the company.• Contributed to SAP implementation (Production and Maintenance Modules) in Petrobras America that led to a timely final roll-out and increased transparency in the process chain from production to sales.

Provided technical engineering support to the different Non-Operated Venture projects as well as implementation of strategies to better obtain approval from the Colombian Government and Partners. Selected accomplishments:• Supervised different technical operations, such as Workovers and Completion Operations, Well Fracturing and Acidizing, Water Injection Optimization, Well Conditions and Surface Facilities in 20 oil wells and 2 gas wells increasing production.• Provided training and support to all SAP R/3 users in the oil field saving cost to the company.
