In the Accounts Payable arena overview of invoices to insure the pricing negotiated and expected is what was given and that what is on the invoice is what was received. Using SAP Concur to pull all AP into Quick books for processing. Verifying and processing payroll through ADP and troubleshoot any issues within the program.On a monthly, quarterly, annual basis performing audit functions through quick books, verifying all expenses and income are in as expected, properly distributed to the proper LOB cost centers and assisting in the preparation of company financials. On a monthly basis preparing and paying multi-state company sales tax, CAT tax and BWC. Extensive use of Quick books, ADP, Excel, Dropbox, SAP Concur and several other programs all while skillfully administering GAAP.
