The ALBEDO Project and ALBEDOSAT Satellite Program started in 2010 with the collaboration of ing. Sandro Cecchi with Prof. Franco Cotana and Prof. Federico Rossi of Perugia University-Interuniversity Research Center on Pollution from Physical Agents (CIRIAF), the inventor of the model which allows the quantification of CO2-equivalent offset surfaces for installation of Earth's albedo control (10 square meter of white reflective surface are equivalent to 1 ton of CO2).We have initiated contats with China for a possible bilateral space mission for the launch of AlbedoSat (we add a meeting with the Chinese Ambassador S.E. Ding Wei and the astronaut Roberto Vittori, testimonial of the Albedo Project, on 29.11.2011) but we have to start before the establishment of the International Agency for the Albedo Control that will be the user of the AlbedoSat Data.This project is also supported by the vice-president of the European Commission Antonio Tajani.We had also a positive feedback from Egypt that may play the role of the catalyst with the African and Arab countries.In this context also the ASEAN countries and the World Bank may play very important role for the establishment of this International Agency for the Albedo.I would like to invite all my Contacs and Friends to join the ALBEDO Network to promote it in the political consess all over the World for the establishment of an International Agency for the Albedo Certification.I also ask them to pass along the project to their friends for viral marketing in the international arena.

he was responsible for all research projects and training in collaboration with Carlo Gavazzi Space, Telematic Solutions, Navigate Consortium, Fuchs Group, Region Lombardia, Campania Region, Ministry of Environment, Department of Civil Defense, etc.. both nationally and internationally. He coordinated 5 proposals under the territorial call of the Fund for Technology Innovation Law 46/82 devoted to SMEs with operational units in Lombardy. The projects were related to various innovations in the field of environmental monitoring of land and land and satellite, telemedicine, telecommunications (Software Radio Technology), navigation Satellite (black box for cars). As project partners include prestigious partners as the University of Milan Bicocca, Polytechnic University of Turin and Innovation. It is also dealt with the promotion of services of surveillance and control of fleets of mobile vehicles for the company Telematic Solutions.

He was responsible for managing industrial and institutional relationships for the member companies as well of all research and technological innovation projects presented in the various regional, national and European (VI Framework Programme). I was one of the founder with Lanfranco Zucconi and Giovanni Sylos Labini of the indipendent Association of Italian Aerospace Small and Medium Enterprise.

I served the Army as Liutenant of the Italian Air Force and I was employed in the SARAM (Scuola Addestramento Reclute dell'Aeronautica Militare) of Macerata
