- Assist with Process Validation for the following areas:Encapsulation machines and Blister packing lines (blister pack, foil wrap, serialization, collating), Powder Filling lines (filler, capper), Powder Packing lines (labeling, cartoner, serialization, collating), tablet compression machines and tablet coating machines, Bulk packing lines (tablets, capsules) and blending (Gallay Blender, Y-Cone Blender)- Responsable for Environmental Monitoring, temperature/RH monitoring of process facility (QBMS, BMS), microbial and air particle monitoring of process facility, temperature/RH mapping of Warehouse, stability chambers and fridges- Responsable for monitoring and control of all external and internal calibration on site. Review and site approval of calibration certificates.- Assist with generation, execution of validation protocols, reports and update (SOP’s, IQ, OQ, PQ, QR, CCF’s, etc)- Assist in carrying out internal and external audits where necessary in relation to preparing for audits, corrective actions and audit close out.- Assist with equipment qualification and review of current equipments- Assist with Data Integrity requirements for all computerised systems across all the laboratoryTechnical support of Antares, Romaco, Laetus, QBMS, BMS, Noak N950, Bosch 1400/3005, Metter Toledo terminals and scales

- Responsible for large quantities of active ingredient in preparation for the manufacture of Penicillin Medication in capsule and syrup form- Follow batch records, SOP’s and cGMP’s guidelines to ensure product specifications and tolerances are met.- Ensure that product meets applicable quality standards. This includes inspection for quality during operation and performing all required sampling and testing.- Mixing and granulation of powdered ingredients using mixing and milling machines to prepare the ingredients- Tray Drying Oven- Quality assurance checks, batch recording- Ensures the cleanliness and checks calibration status of all scales- Preparation and sign off paperwork for next stage of process- Follow strict internal protocols and Standard Operating Procedures

- Root cause analysis of technical errors and manage of implement solutions to avoid delays- Manage administrative server functions, including back-ups, upgrades, recovery and more- Responsible for all the management and update of the software of the Metro Network for the telecommunications company Claro Brazil- Provide on-time customer support and technical issue resolution on site and remotely

- Technical Support to customers on site and remotely- Technical back-up, maintenance operation and service near customers like: Embratel, Claro Brasil,Petrobras and Oi Telecom- Familiar with the Alcatel Suites of Products (Voip, NGN, DSLAM, IP Multimedia Subsystem, Routers)- Project leader (18 months) of the IMS network for Oi Telecom.- Responsible for the migration of the EDSLAM dot1q equipment into QinQ across all the Oi Telecom network
