Structured the new company and progressively developed a US$ 4 billion megaproject, as owner´s team, of a “pit-to-port” project (mine – railroad - port terminal), through the phases of feasibility study, conceptual and basic engineering, using a dynamic integrated simulation model and software for design validation.

Full implementation and operation of the PMO (methodologies, competencies, tools and systems), inside the context of transition and transformation programs, from the US$ 50 billion Kashagan project´s construction phase, developed by Agip KCO (Eni), to the operations/production phase, to be conducted by NCPOC (Shell).

Designed, developed and implemented a new distance learning line of business for higher education programs, integrated in Whitney International (Dallas, USA) learning network. Selected and implemented distance learning system (LMS) and multimedia content generation solutions and technological infrastructure.
