- Administered and implemented all programs and activities for children with mental and physical disabilities.- Managed the “My Bike” and “Kids on the Go” Grant Program to provide adaptive bikes and other mobility equipment to children with mental and/or physical disabilities. This included developing and maintaining partnerships with durable medical equipment vendors and other community organizations to help meet the needs of families.- Coordinated Camp Variety for Kids, a week-long summer day camp program including the development of adaptive programming and transportation needs.- Responsible for the planning and management of all special event fund raising activities. This included logistical planning, designing event materials, managing mailing lists, silent auction coordination and volunteer and participant recruitment.Created monthly electronic communications using Constant Contact Email Marketing.Assisted in the creation of Variety website in Fall 2009 and Spring 2012. Trained in AccuCMS content management system to maintain website.

- Primary responsibilities included managing the patient services program for 1200 + families with neuromuscular diseases in Southwestern, PA. This included attending neuromuscular clinics to counsel families about funding needs, obtaining rehabilitation equipment/repairs and communication devices and other services available to them. - Developed two new annual educational seminars for patients and family members. Responsibilities included, recruiting speakers and vendors and designing event materials. - Instituted and coordinated a new monthly ALS Support Group for families, caregivers and people living with ALS. - Served as the MDA Summer Camp Director for a week long overnight summer camp for children with special needs. This included contract negotiation, volunteer and medical staff recruitment, donation coordination, and activity planning.

- Served as a team member on the “Go Red for Women” planning committee during the 2003 Pilot Program. Primary responsibility included coordinating all logistics for the Annual Physician’s Continuing Medical Education (CME) Event on Women and Heart Disease. - Responsible for the management and implementation of the Operation Heartbeat Program in the 5 county area of southeastern Pennsylvania. This included placing Automated External Defibrillators (AED’s) into the community, coordinating the CPR in the Schools Program and managing the Annual CPR Day Event. - Responsible for developing partnerships and relationships with local organizations, CPR training centers, hospitals, county wide EMS services and AED product distributors.
