Responsibilities:• Support COO and Club Director in planning, organizing, and executing the club’s project. • Create new project that can help finance team to gain revenue.• Provide operational support such as liaising with sponsors, tracking timelines, etc.• Identify problems and shortfalls and proposing best solution to all board members. • Analyze project data and producing insights to optimize performance.• Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project documentation and reports.• Contributing to project planning, budgeting, and overall strategy.• Identify problems and potential improvements within the club.

Achievements:• Dealing the procurement contract of internet with Pemerintah Kota Denpasar (1.2 billion IDR / year).• Dealing the procurement contract of internet with Pemerintah Kabupaten Karangasem (576 million IDR /year). • Dealing the procurement contract of internet with Bank BPD Bali (576 million IDR / year).• Dealing the procurement contract of internet with Ramayana & Co. (3 properties f or 500 million IDR /year).
