My expertise lies in Lean Manufacturing with a particular focus on Process Development and Continuous Improvement. As a PPE Senior Staff at PT MCDelica Food Indonesia, I applied my industrial engineering skills and continuous improvement knowledge to enhance the production standards, efficiency, and profitability of the company. I led some development projects that involved product and packaging trials until mass production, and competence development of the PPE department. I also obtained multiple certifications such as Awareness ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, 22000:2018, HACCP, and GMP.Before joining PT MCDelica, I was a Management Trainee Manufacturing at PT Intim Harmonis Foods Industri, where I learned problem-solving, research, and coordination skills.
