A parent that went to court and has been restricted to see their kids without a Professional Supervised Visitation Monitor. An intake needs to be done with both parents, to sign an agreement and instructions on the rules of the visits. All Visits are documented in detail until otherwise from the court. Reports are given to the court or if requested by their attorney. Days and hours of visits are determined by a judge and determine the discharge of the restraining order. All visits are held in a public place and not in residential homes.
