Prepare consolidated financials (8 subsidiaries) and PL variance analysis.- Manage intercompany loans and intercompany elimination - Responsible for TW entity GL accounting and prepare balance sheet reconcile.- Oversea subsidiaries’(HK/AU) accounting and relevant daily transaction booking. - To liaise with external auditors, outsourcing service providers, consultant and tax bureau for finance, accounting & company registration matters. - Responsible for sales commission calculation and commission guideline documentation- Oracle fusion ERP master data update to ensure data completeness and accuracy - Treasury operation includes review and release bank payment, handle inter-company fund transfer and act as main contact for banks.

- Perform monthly closing include invoice billing, revenue recognition and analysis, preparing AR/AP journal entry and relevant account reconcile. - Verify vendor expense, employee reimbursement. - Perform TW entity bimonthly VAT filing and annual tax filing.- Maintain and reconcile annual agency rebate.- Prepare weekly cash balance. - Responsible for sales commission calculation and commission guideline documentation- Implement financial ERP (Oracle fusion) which automate workflow for monthly closing.- Implement computer uniform invoice and save 50% of invoicing issue time. - Ad-hoc tasks to support business development.
