• Build and manage supplier relationship for assurance of supply including sub-components, L/T time reduction, quantifying scorecard performance review, contingency plan and cost optimization through negotiation across all lines of Business- NB, Desktops, Workstation and RPOS.• Effectively collaborate with international cross functional team with NPI, R&D, demand planners, E&O team and multiple suppliers/ODMs to ensure smooth end to end supply chain management.• Manage demand and supply strategically from forecasting pre-assessment, warehousing, fulfillment, reverse logistics, last buy and limited supply optimization, quality issues, etc.• Aanalyze situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors to avoid a potential supply chain disruption and risk/impact mitigation.• Manage and support B/S implementation projects for new commodities- TPM, WWAN and Type_C, SAP IBP system launch project as a UAT project participant and also drive complexity reduction project of TPM and HDDs offerings.• Responsible processsor, WWAN, TPM and storages procurement strategies with annual spending starting from $75M 100M USD.
