Senior Merchandising Director
Current1) Responsible for overall strategic strategy formation and execution. Report to EVP of Merchandising.2) Manage a team of 29 staffs with 7 direct reports, 6 staffs in Vietnam and 5 staffs in Bangladesh as the HK’s expansion team.2) Manage business with QVC across their multiple sub brands for Womens Fashion products in all categories – Woven, Denim, Knit & Sweater.4) Lead entire sourcing process from R&D, product development to production across all product categories. 5) Manage production across countries – Vietnam, China, Bangladesh & Philippine.7) Build relationship with customer’s senior leaders and provide strategic solutions.8) Collaborate with cross functional teams - Quality and Compliance for day to day problem solving as well as different company initiatives.9) Monitor and review vendor. Explore new vendor opportunities. 11) Lead team to execute off shore growth plan and explore new countries.
