Provide daily support for 200 Timekeepers who enter time into the Workbrain Time Reporting System for Duke employees as related to Duke HR Policies and Practices within many different business units.Maintain excellent communication links with Hewitt Associates - HR Application Vendor as related to Workbrain Time Reporting System. This includes reviewing and establishing Business Requirements for enhancements or break/fixes, as well as coordinating User Acceptance testing of those changes.Participate in Project Activities for the new Time Reporting System being implemented in-house at Duke. Including: Writing Test Scripts, Executing Test Scripts using Quality Center, Reviewing / Approving BRD's, Prepare required weekly status reports and maintain issues logs using Sharepoint. Conduct weekly status meetings with Hewitt IT.Conduct quarterly webcasts and provide monthly newsletters to timekeepers.Manage bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly deadlines for payroll interface from the Time and Labor system.Work directly with users to resolve issues including thorough investigation of the Workbrain application rules using the rule builder in Workbrain. Used the Duke UAT environment to review rules logic; modified rules when applicable to troubleshoot an issue and then communicate results to Hewitt for modification and testing.Managed payroll related issues using the Sharepoint application at Duke.Managed Workbrain releases for Duke; including prioritization of issues from relevance of high to low. Created and managed work-around solutions prior to release of the break/fix and/or enhancement; including training and communication documents for the users.

Supported the Kronos and Ceridian Time and Attendance System for Bank of America.Coordinated and prioritized work relating to assigned client needs such as Business Requirements Documents, Test Plans, Support Plans, Functional Visio diagrams using Siebel and Maestro.Implemented, coordinated testing and supported the Workbrain Time and Labor system for Duke Energy.Efficient use of SQL to query/manage system data.Managed job scheduler for Workbrain application alerts and scheduled interfaces.Created rules, entitlements troubleshooting quick reference guides for customer service and BSI employees at Hewitt.
