As a business analyst and special projects manager I reviewed departmental systems, processes and procedures to make recommendations to improve overall productivity, efficiency and profitability and developed KPI / metrics reports to track performance levels. Special projects have included creating SOP’s, working with the Finance team to develop Operational Fiscal Budgets for two distribution centers ($100M combined), 3rd party and backhaul revenue analysis, OS&D tracking, route and redelivery analysis and a variety of other projects related to Accounts Payable, fleet management and operational performance.
