I mentored a leading team of executive recruitment consultants who were each specialists within their area of expertise. My specialisation was in recruitment in both the permanent and contracting space for HR, Procurement, Property, Chief Executive and General Management roles.

I was originally brought on board the Maggie Dixon team to build up and manage a new Property Management Department. Over the next 2 1/2 years I built the Property Management Department from 11 properties to close to 300 properties. Using the networks I had built up in my time as the Manager of the Property Management Department, I moved into Residential Property Sales within the company.

One of four directors / owners of the business, I also managed the administration team. We had up to 20 staff and operated a Parts Department, Service Department as well as a Sales Department. We originally sold Case IH Tractors and then became part of the PowerFarming Group. We dealt in a full range of Tractors and Agricultural Machinery.
