Nevada State Development Corporation (NSDC) is a non-profit organization authorized by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) to underwrite, process, fund and service loans through the 504 Loan Program (40 years and counting). We are the oldest and largest Certified Development Company (CDC) in the State of Nevada.The SBA 504 Loan Program assists business owners with the purchase of commercial real estate and/or equipment. Partnering with a bank or credit union, the SBA 504 Loan Program provides up to 90% financing at below market fixed interest rates (typically). The SBA portion of the loan structure is fully amortized for 10, 20 or 25 years. You may even have a tenant(s) in your building(s) as long as you occupy at least 51% of the building(s) entire square footage.
