Worked at the Rivendell psychiatric hospital for 16 years. My positions were programtherapist and psychological examiner. Carried a therapy caseload for the child andadolescent acute care and residential care units. Performed individual, group and familytherapy. Administered and interpreted intellectual and personality assessment,neuropsychological screenings, and ADHD screenings. Patient ages ranged from 5 to 19years. I worked at theRivendell Day School for a year and then transitioned to public school-based therapyservices. Carried a caseload of clients in the Little Rock and Pulaski County Schools. Performed individual, group and family therapy with children and adolescents. Developedindividualized behavioral programs for clients. Related responsibilities included case-management, attending school staffings, summer program planning and communication withcourt and social service agencies. Did contract basis work for Dr. Zolten. Administered neuropsychological batteries toadolescents. Tests given included the Wide Range Assessment of Memory Learning, VisualMotor Integration Test, Wisconsin Card Sorting Test and the Finger Tapping Test.
