DPR Construction was a start up when I joined in August 1990 as an office manager. With only four of us the possibilities and growth was as wide as the eyes could see. Noted as the fastest growing company, I worked my way through the ranks by applying excellent people and organizational skills. As the company grew, so did the challenges. I developed, managed and coordinated DPR's training program, incentive program, all events as well as our continuous improvement process. These responsibilities included leadership skills, decision making, problem solving, creativity, teamwork, strong comunication and organization skills. In 2001 I started the DPR Store which allowed me to learn new skills including - accounting, inventory management, and negotiation.
