Act as single point of accountability that resolves situations that are critical to on-going utilization of the PRIDE reliability tool and to the condition monitoring process. Be a resource to area master users, providing PRIDE solutions in the development and maintenance of PRIDE. Responsible for providing training, facilitating best practices, providing hardware/software support, and for ensuring the availability of system data through the system file management. Act as conduit between all areas on site issues, concerns, and triumphs. Specifically provides services directly or indirectly to all areas and databases. Identify, communicate, and implement major software improvements/modifications that affect responsible areas. Manage large data transfers for major alarm changes and structural/organizational Modifications for responsible areas. Communicate when LAN/software modifications or maintenance will contribute an outage to the PRIDE system. Competence in Microsoft interface with PRIDE database. Manage authorization level assignments and security of the PRIDE system. Development, management and facilitation of a Continuous Improvement (CI) designed to communicate common issues and challenges as well as promote information sharing between all areas. Analyze PRIDE data to identify degradation of equipment or system operational anomalies. Supply trends and reports of the PRIDE analysis to the responsible areas management and engineering personnel. Identify/solve unit and system problems on a day-to-day and long term basis that require support beyond the master user level.

Support design, selection and implementation of control systems. Support calibration, maintenance and testing of electrical components, circuitry, and control systems, specifically focusing on safety instrumented systems and controls. Verify instrumentation in the field, witness functional safety testing to ensure compliance to CFR29-1910.119-PSM regulations and IEC61511 & ISA84 standards; enter test results into PRIDE database; ensure functional safety documentation meets code requirements; redline P&ID to match field walk downs of actual process; train client’s personnel on competency requirements of standards; assist engineers by field verifying assumptions, vetting functional test procedures and collecting field data.

Operate the Gas-to-Liquids Test Facility in accordance with scientific theories and engineering calculations to help develop a marketable product that could be produced in a safe, economical and environmentally sound manner. Participate in facility modifications and special projects. Perform routine operator maintenance and housekeeping. Read and understand P&ID's. Troubleshoot technical problems and safety concerns. Understand safety and environmental rules/policies, and ensure compliance by all personnel in the work area. Operate all production, test and/or utility equipment, including DSC control system, desulphurizer, saturator, pre-reformer, Compact Reformer, FT Convertor, three phase separator, wax degasser, hydrocrackers, hydrogen/syngas/nitrogen/air compressors, steam boiler, reverse osmosis water treatment system and cyclone filter. Wrote, updated and/or revised standard operating (SOP’s) and maintenance prep (safe out) procedures. Assist engineers with loading catalyst, measuring outages, taking pressure drops and documenting data during catalyst change outs.

Operate the platform in a safe, economic, and environmentally sound manner. Perform routine operator maintenance and housekeeping. Participate in facility modifications and special projects. Read and understand P&ID's. Help resolve technical problems and safety issues. Understand safety and environmental rules/policies, and ensure compliance by all personnel in the work area. Operate all production equipment, including wells, gas compression and treating equipment, and glycol reboiler systems. Operate all utility systems, including desalination, sewage treatment and power generation. Compute gas production on production reports. Pull water samples (waste/potable/domestic). Prepare wells for wireline work and work with wireline crews. Familiar with and follow lock-out, tag-out, hot work, opening and blinding, and confined space entry procedures, per ASH safety book; collect, revised and/or prepared procedures for turnaround activities; provided support for mechanics, welders, electrical and instrument crafts with making repairs, performing inspections, and conducting preventive maintenance procedures; performed line handling duties on the dock; performed minor repairs to piping, containment areas, buildings, equipment and etc; performed general housekeeping duties; safety leader; provided technical support to the Kenai LNG plant engineering department; developed and implemented audit findings, PHA findings, MOC’s, and CAD drawings tracking systems; maintained well completion diagrams, wireline procedures, and BHP surveys; prepared and distributed production summary reports; assisted in preparation of budget and tracked expenses; generated and updated CAD drawings; developed spreadsheet to calculate and track air emissions; prepared quarterly air emissions reports; and performed general clerical duties.
