Sandy was raised in Orange California with 4 siblings. As a child, Sandy aspired of becoming a flight Attendant. Never in a million years did she think she would stumble into the real estate industry, but you cannot always predict where or when you will discover what you are meant to do in life.Sandy was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you must work for it. So that is what she did. And she worked hard.As the years went by, Sandy worked her way from Cashier to Human Resources Manager, never wavering in her resolve to become the best version of herself with each career move.Sandy got into the real estate industry 17 years ago when she decided to leave her H.R. job to do something that would really help people achieve their goal of homeownership. She set out to build a referral business of clients who would value her honesty, integrity, and trust to guide them through the home selling and buying process.As her career advanced, Sandy found her stride working with Sellers and buyers in the Inland Empire and Orange County areas of California. She is an expert in sales, marketing, negotiating and became a top producer at Prudential California Realty in Residential Sales and the Banked-Owned industry.Throughout her career, Sandy has earned numerous accolades, including, just recently received her certification as a New Homes Co-Broker, working with New home Builders. She has received many Top Producer awards such as: The President Circle Award, Leading Edge Award, Honor Society Award and Real Estates Sales Professional of the Month - 3 times. She was the Office Sales Manager mentoring and training real estate agents for 7 years at three well know Brokerage offices. She always takes the time to re-educate herself and has achieved several other certifications:Certified Distressed Property Expert, Short Sale Specialist, Residential Military Homes Specialist, and just recently Certified New Homes Co-Broker.Sandy lives in Riverside CA with her Husband Bruce, two daughters, a Son-In-Law and grandson. In her free time, she enjoys being involved in her community, and does kick boxing and other types of cardio workouts for exercise.
