Any changes will disrupt your status quo and you will perhaps be out of your comfort zone and in a state of disequilibrium.After being in the leadership position for more than 10 years, I decided to steer my career journey to more than one path - and have transformed myself totally.I spent more than 2 decades building my skills as an educator and basically performed many roles. It was leadership by chance for me. And over the years, I found my calling to create impact to the students and to my fellow colleagues as I was able to make changes within the scope as a leader. The hunger to make changes and create an impact has now expanded to not just children's education, but also to people around me. Through my own life journey, I believe in providing strategies to people around me to transform the life they want through financial planning.Being in both education and financial arenas have given me more than one pair of lens - I have experienced first-hand what life is all about, being able to steer myself in this VUCA environment, and being able to have more than one perspective has given me the competitive edge to continue to create impact in both industries.I am an experienced educator with a demonstrated history of impacting and growing others in the education arena. Besides being skilled in management, strategic planning, event planning and customer service, I have achieved an array of qualifications which include a Master of Science in Information Studies from NTU Singapore and a Bachelor of Business in Business Administration with Distinction from RMIT University.
