Business Manager

•Manage and direct planning and scheduling functions for projects, as assigned. Manage budgets for multiple projects at a value of $180M. Assist in the update of monthly project status reports and budget reconciliation. Process pay applications and change orders for general contractors and service providers. Ensure contract compliance with all contracted parties. Research and resolve any invoice conflicts. Attend regularly scheduled Owner-Architect-Contractor Meetings. Report to government agencies, as necessary. Manage project closeout efforts.•Project Coordinator for demolition projects and small work order projects.•Contract Administrator – Execute contracts for various types of work. Assign and coordinate work orders to supplemental contractors with project management team. Process requisitions for purchase orders.
