Responsible for providing in-store product demonstrations and consultations to customers whilemaintaining the daily operation of the showroom. Entering quotes and orders via computer.Enter Service Request and order Warranty Products. Answer incoming phone calls and addresscustomers questions and needs. Schedule in home for Outside Sales Reps and maintain theircalendars in Outlook and ACE. Schedule and confirm install date with the customers and ifneeded reschedule if needed. Also perform reminder calls. Primary customers are residentialhomeowners but may also include Architects, contractors, replacement or remodel segments.

Entering Service Request and ordering parts and Warranty Products .Maintain the window and door showroom, answers incoming phone calls and address customers questions and needs. Primary customers are residential homeowners but also include Architects and Contractors, replacement or remodel segments. Also schedule appointments for outside sales representatives. Ensures customer satisfaction from the initial store contact, through bidding, ordering, delivery, and any service issues required. Works various Home and Trade Shows.

Manage Daily operations of the Service Department team and the Customer Call Center. Personally Support Acroprint's dealers resellers and end users to assure total customer satisfaction. Work closely with Enginering,Production,and Quality Assurance departments to improve overall product quality. Consult with vendors and OEM manufacturers to maintain acceptable quality levels. Develop and maintain product user's manuals. Organize and conduct product training classes for internal personnel.
