The SDI Master Admissions Representative is an integral role that directly affects SDI’s overarching growth plan and the fulfillment of SDI’s mission via student satisfaction and care. As a Master rep, I help to inspires, motivate, coach and lead the Admissions team to successful outcomes. I assist in interviewing, hiring, training and developing the staff, and ensuring appropriate application of the recruitment methodology is followed and utilize. I recruit and enroll students that have expressed interest in making a career change or developing a passionate hobby in the Firearms Technology industry. I’m responsible for accurately portraying SDI’s academic programs, enrollment process, qualifications and financial consideration to each lead. I make outgoing phone calls, answering incoming phone calls, send and receive emails, conduct interviews, and monitor our Live Chat platform, as they guide prospective students through all stages of the enrollment process. This role is an essential element in enabling committed students to pursue an education in their career field of choice.

Consulted with hiring managers to identify employment needs, profile position requirements and developed effective recruiting strategies. Responsible for following time lines and successfully met monthly quota. Completed the entire recruiting process from start to end: Sourced resumes, screened applicant, full interview process (in person and on the phone), administered applications, background checks, credit checks, and remained compliant with employment files. Awarded 2007 Southeast Business Partner of the Year. Administered Training for Interview Skills in Florida Regional office.
